Sibling Doula On-Call Birth Package

Welcoming a new baby is one of life's most exciting moments—but it can also bring uncertainty, especially when you have little ones at home. My role as your Sibling Doula is to provide loving, dependable care for your children so you can focus fully on labor, birth, and meeting your newest family member with peace of mind.

From the moment labor begins, I'll come to your home and care for your children in the comfort of their familiar environment, maintaining routines, offering reassurance, and creating a calm, positive experience while you're away.

Investment: $425

This package includes:

  • On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks until baby arrives

  • Up to 18 consecutive hours of in-home sibling care

  • Daytime or overnight availability

  • Playtime and age-appropriate activities

  • Meals and snacks (provided by the family)

  • Bedtime and nap routines

  • Emotional support and reassurance for siblings

  • Updates to parents as desired

  • A complimentary meet-and-greet before baby's arrival so everyone can get to know one another and the children feel comfortable before the big day

If care extends beyond 18 consecutive hours, additional time is billed at $20 per hour.

Retainer & Payment

A $150 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your due date and secure my on-call availability.

The remaining balance of $275 is due when my on-call period begins at 38 weeks.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

Cancellation Policy

Because I reserve my availability exclusively for your family during your on-call period, the following policies apply:

  • The $150 retainer is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel services before my on-call period begins, the retainer will be forfeited.

  • Once my on-call period begins (38 weeks), the remaining balance is non-refundable, as I have committed that time exclusively to your family's birth window.

Additional Information

  • Care is provided in your home unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Families are responsible for providing food, diapers, wipes, medications, and any other necessities for their children during my care.

  • Emergency contact information, pediatrician information, and any allergies, medications, routines, or special instructions will be collected during our meet-and-greet.

  • If transportation is anticipated during my care, appropriate car seats must be provided and installed.

  • My goal is to create a calm, safe, and comforting experience for your children while allowing you to fully focus on welcoming your newest little one.

I consider it an honor to care for your children during such a meaningful milestone. My hope is that when labor begins, you'll feel complete confidence knowing your older children are loved, supported, and in caring hands while you welcome your newest baby into the world.
