Birth is one of the most transformative days of your life, and you deserve to feel informed, supported, and deeply cared for every step of the way.

As your birth doula, my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and evidence-based support throughout pregnancy and labor while helping you feel confident in your choices and empowered in your birth experience.

Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a cesarean birth, or anything in between, my goal is never to replace your medical team—it's to support you.

What's Included

Complimentary Consultation

Before booking, we'll schedule a complimentary consultation to get to know one another, discuss your birth goals, answer your questions, and make sure we're a great fit.

On-Call Support

Beginning at 38 weeks, I remain on call 24/7 until your baby arrives. You'll have the peace of mind of knowing you can reach out whenever labor begins, whether it's for reassurance, questions, or when it's time for me to join you.

Personalized Birth Planning

A 1-hour planning call followed by a 2-hour prenatal session (in person or virtually) where we'll prepare for labor, discuss comfort measures, birth preferences, partner support, and evidence-based birth education so you feel informed, confident, and prepared.

Unlimited Prenatal Support

Questions don't only happen during appointments. You'll have ongoing support through text, phone calls, or FaceTime throughout your pregnancy whenever you need guidance, reassurance, or trusted resources.

Continuous Labor Support

Once active labor begins, I'll join you and remain by your side until after your baby is born.

Throughout labor, I'll provide:

  • Emotional encouragement and reassurance

  • Hands-on comfort measures and counter pressure

  • Labor positioning and movement techniques

  • Breathing and relaxation support

  • Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions

  • Encouragement and guidance for your birth partner

  • A calm, steady presence throughout your birth experience

My priority is helping you feel safe, heard, supported, and empowered while creating the birth experience that feels right for you and your family.

Investment & Payment

Birth Doula Package: Starting at $1,500

A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your estimated due date.

Your retainer is applied toward your total package investment and secures your place on my calendar. Because I intentionally accept a limited number of birth clients each month, your due date is reserved exclusively for your family.

The remaining balance is due by 38 weeks of pregnancy, unless another payment arrangement has been made in advance.

Payments may be made via Zelle or Venmo.

Travel

Travel within 20 miles of Temple, Texas is included.

Births outside of a 20-mile radius are subject to a $1.00 per mile round-trip travel fee.

I proudly serve families throughout Temple, Belton, Waco, Austin, and the surrounding Central Texas communities.

Cancellation Policy

The $500 retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your estimated due date and my on-call availability.

If services are canceled before I begin on-call support at 38 weeks, any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded.

Once on-call support has begun or labor support has been provided, payments are non-refundable due to the time reserved exclusively for your family.
