Whether you're planning to birth with your partner, your support team, or a birth doula, this personalized labor preparation session is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared before labor begins.

Together, we'll take the guesswork out of birth by discussing what to expect, practicing comfort techniques, and giving both you and your birth partner practical tools to navigate labor with confidence.

What's Included

Personalized 2-Hour Labor Preparation Session

This private session is available in person or virtually and is tailored to your unique birth goals.

During our time together, we'll cover:

  • The stages of labor and what to expect

  • The hormones that support labor and birth

  • Comfort measures and natural coping techniques

  • Breathing and relaxation strategies

  • Labor positions to encourage comfort and progression

  • Hands-on partner support techniques, including counter pressure

  • Creating a calm and supportive birth environment

  • Evidence-based education to help you make informed decisions during labor

  • Preparing mentally and emotionally for birth

My goal is for you and your birth partner to leave feeling educated, connected, and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby.

Investment & Payment

Labor Preparation Session: $350

Payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your session.

Payments may be made via Zelle or Venmo.

Travel

Travel within 20 miles of Temple, Texas is included.

Sessions outside of a 20-mile radius are subject to a $1.00 per mile round-trip travel fee.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled based on availability.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
