Postpartum Support

The postpartum season is one of the biggest transitions you'll ever experience. While welcoming a new baby is incredibly special, it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and emotional. You were never meant to do it alone.

My goal is to provide calm, compassionate, and personalized support so you can focus on healing, bonding with your baby, and feeling confident in your new role as a parent.

Whether you need overnight newborn care, daytime support, or simply an extra set of hands during this season, I'm here to meet your family where you are.

Service:

Postpartum Doula

Providing physical, emotional, and practical support after birth. This includes newborn care, feeding support, recovery guidance, emotional encouragement, and helping make the transition into parenthood feel less overwhelming.

Newborn Care Specialist

Supporting families with newborn care including feeding, diaper changes, swaddling, soothing techniques, sleep routines, bottle preparation, and helping establish healthy habits during those first few weeks.

Overnight Newborn Care

Rest is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself during postpartum recovery. Overnight support allows parents to sleep while knowing their baby is being lovingly cared for. Care includes feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and newborn care throughout the night.

Mother's Helper

Extra daytime support designed to lighten your mental load. Whether it's caring for your baby while you shower or nap, helping with siblings, washing bottles and pump parts, folding baby laundry, tidying nursery spaces, or preparing simple meals, I'm here to make everyday life feel a little easier.

Investment

Hourly support begins at:

  • Temple & Belton: Starting at $27/hour

  • Waco: Starting at $30/hour

  • Austin & surrounding areas: Starting at $35/hour

Rates vary based on travel, overnight care, holidays, multiples, and the level of support requested.

I typically work with families in 1–4 week contracts, allowing us to create a schedule that provides consistent support while remaining flexible to your family's changing needs.

Retainer

A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your care dates.

Your retainer is applied toward your first week's services and secures your place on my calendar. Because I intentionally accept a limited number of families, reserved dates are held exclusively for your family.

Payment

Payment is made weekly.

Invoices are due every Friday for that week's scheduled care and may be paid through Zelle or Venmo, unless another payment method has been arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Because your care dates are reserved specifically for your family:

  • The $200 retainer is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled based on availability but are not guaranteed.

  • Additional hours or extended contracts are welcomed whenever my schedule allows.
